But sometimes life has other plans: a flu, an injury, or your boss cancels your vacation. Suddenly, your planned camp trip is at risk — and normally cancellation fees would apply.

That’s why Volleytours offers the Camp Cancellation Protection and the Super Cover Protection — simple and flexible insurance packages designed especially for beach volleyball travelers.

With the Camp Protection, you can cancel your camp up to 30 days before it starts and we will cover the cancellation fees. Whether you get sick, get injured, or your employer cancels your leave — our cancellation protection means you don’t have to worry. We take care of your camp fees, and you pay nothing — regardless of the reason.

Sometimes you just want maximum flexibility — and with Super Cover, you can cancel your camp up to 15 days before it begins and we will still fully cover the cancellation fees. Whether it’s illness, injury, personal reasons, or a last-minute change of plans — Super Cover keeps you flexible and you won’t lose any of your camp costs.

Both cancellation options are designed to give you maximum freedom and peace of mind — but there are a few points to keep in mind:

• The cost of the cancellation protection itself and any costs that are not billed directly through Volleytours cannot be refunded — for example flights, transfers, private add-ons, or pet care services.
• If you cancel after the protection period (from 29 days before departure with the Camp Protection, or 14 days before departure with Super Cover), then our standard General Travel Conditions apply.
• The protection only covers a complete cancellation of the booked person(s). It does not cover partial cancellations or individual services.
• After cancellation, you cannot rebook the same camp with Volleytours.

We also recommend that you consider taking out a classic travel insurance policy with a provider of your choice for even more protection during your entire trip — especially for medical costs, luggage loss, or unforeseen events not covered here.
