DEUTSCH Teilnahmebedingungen Facebook und Instagram Gewinnspiel
1. Veranstalter der Gewinnspiele sind die BeachZeit UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Widmannstr. 19, 81829 München und die Volleytours GmbH, Widmannstr. 19, 81829 München (kurz: „Veranstalter“). Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Facebook/Instagram und wird in keiner Weise von Facebook/Instagram gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert. Ansprechpartner und Verantwortlicher sind allein die Veranstalter. Sämtliche Fragen, Kommentare oder Beschwerden zum Gewinnspiel sind an die Veranstalter zu richten (info@volleytours.com). Eine Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist ausschließlich zu den hier aufgeführten Teilnahmebedingungen möglich. Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erkennt der Teilnehmer diese Teilnahmebedingungen ausdrücklich an. Die Veranstalter behalten sich vor, das Gewinnspiel zu jedem Zeitpunkt abzubrechen oder zu beenden.
2. Das Gewinnspiel beginnt monatlich am 1. Dezember 2019 um 8:00 Uhr und endet am 23. Dezember 2019 um 24:00 („Durchführungszeitraum“).
3. Zu gewinnen gibt es ein Beachcamp-Paket über 7 Tage im Zeitraum 10.05.-24.05.2020 (Anreise an einem beliebigen Tag am Wochenende) bestehend aus 2x einem Camppass, einer Unterkunft in einem Doppelzimmer in einer geteilten Ferienwohnung, 2x Training (Mo-Fr, 10 Stunden) sowie 2x Transfer VLC/ALCSunsation Beach - VLC/ALC. Weitere Wochenpreise werden bei Ankündigung auf den sozialen Medien ausführlich beschrieben.
4. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen mit Wohnsitz in Europa, die bei der Teilnahme mindestens 18 Jahre alt und bei Instagram/Facebook "Fan" von den Veranstaltern sind. Ein solcher Fan wird man durch Betätigung des "Gefällt mir"/ "Like"-Buttons auf der Veranstalter-Facebook-Seite bzw. durch „folgen“ auf der Veranstalter-Instagram-Seite. Von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen sind Mitarbeiter der Veranstalter und deren Angehörige.
5. Die Anmeldung zum Gewinnspiel erfolgt über das veröffentlichen eines Fotos/Video und dem Hashtag (#SunsationSanta) im persönlichen Instagram/Faceook Account des Teilnehmers und dem verlinken eines weiteren Freundes auf dem Instagram/Faceook Account der Veranstalter.
6. Bilder/Videos, die gegen die Instagram-Richtlinien, deutsches Recht, unsere Netiquette und/oder das Copyright verstoßen, werden nach Kenntnisnahme ohne Ankündigung entfernt. Der Teilnehmer ist damit von der Verlosung ausgeschlossen.
7. Sachgewinne werden nicht in bar ausgezahlt und sind vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Gewinne können nicht auf Dritte übertragen werden.
8. Die Verlosung des Gewinns erfolgt nach Ablauf des Durchführungszeitraumes unter Ausschluss der Öffentlichkeit. Die Teilnahme an der Verlosung setzt ein Bild/Video zum Thema „How Santa met Sunsation Beach“ zu diesem Gewinnspiel voraus. An der Verlosung nimmt teil, wer die Gewinnspiel-Bedingungen erfüllt. Jeder Teilnehmer kann nur einmal pro Gewinnspiel an der Verlosung teilnehmen. Zeitpunkt der Ermittlung der Teilnahmeberechtigung und der Verlosung ist der im Gewinnspiel genannte Tag. Die Gewinner werden über die Instagram/Facebook-Kommentarfunktion des Instagram/Facebook Posts informiert. Jeder Gewinner muss sich innerhalb von 5 Werktagen per E-Mail an info@volleytours.com oder über eine private Nachricht an die Veranstalter Instagram/Facebook Seite mit seinen Adressdaten melden. Meldet sich ein Gewinner nicht innerhalb dieser Frist wird der Artikel erneut unter allen Teilnehmern verlost. Es werden alle Instagram/Facebook Namen der Teilnehmer erfasst und zur Gewinnermittlung gespeichert. Alle Daten werden spätestens 30 Tage nach Ende des Gewinnspiels gelöscht, die Kommentare auf Instagram/Facebook bleiben allerdings bestehen und sind weiterhin öffentlich einsehbar. Adressdaten werden nur von den Gewinnern erfasst und nur zum Versand des Gewinnes genutzt. Den Teilnehmern stehen gesetzliche Auskunfts-, Änderungs- und Widerrufsrechte zu.
9. Die Bilder/Videos aller Teilnehmer dürfen während des Gewinnspieles für den Instagram, sowie Facebook Account der Veranstalter verwendet werden. Das Bild/Video des Gewinners darf für den Instagram Account, sowie die Facebook-Seite von Radbag verwendet werden.
10. Die Veranstalter behalten sich das Recht vor, die Verlosung aufgrund unvorhergesehener Umstände ohne Vorankündigung abbrechen oder beenden zu können. Dies gilt insbesondere, wenn die Verlosung nicht planmäßig laufen kann, beispielsweise bei Fehlern der Soft- und/oder Hardware und/oder aus sonstigen technischen und/oder rechtlichen Gründen, welche die reguläre und ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der Verlosung beeinflussen.
11. Soweit im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels personenbezogene Daten von Teilnehmern erhoben, verarbeitet und genutzt werden, werden diese von den Veranstaltern ausschließlich zum Zwecke der Durchführung des Gewinnspiels erhoben, verarbeitet und genutzt und nach Beendigung des Gewinnspiels gelöscht.
12. Der Teilnehmer stellen Facebook/Instagram von jeder Haftung frei. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen. Es ist ausschließlich das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland anwendbar. Sollten einzelne dieser Teilnahmebedingungen ungültig sein oder werden, bleibt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Teilnahmebedingungen hiervon unberührt. Diese Teilnahmebedingungen können jederzeit von den Veranstaltern ohne gesonderte Benachrichtigung geändert werden.
Conditions of participation Facebook and Instagram raffle

You can win a beachcamp package over 7 days in the period 10.05.-24.05.2020 (arrival on any day on weekends) consisting of 2x a camp pass, accommodation in a double room in a shared apartment, 2x training (Mon -Fr, 10 hours) and 2x Transfer VLC / ALC Sunsation Beach - VLC / ALC. Additional weekly rates will be detailed upon announcement on social media.
4. Participation is open to persons resident in Europe who are at least 18 years old and "fan" of the organizers on Instagram / Facebook. Such a fan becomes one by pressing the "like" / "Like" button on the organizer Facebook page or by "follow" on the organizer Instagram page. Employees of the organizers and their relatives are excluded from participation.
5. The registration for the raffle takes place via the publication of a photo / video and the hashtag (#SunsationSanta) in the personal Instagram / Faceook account of the participant and the linking of another friend on the Instagram / Faceook account of the organizer.
6. Images / videos that violate the Instagram guidelines, German law, our netiquette and / or the copyright will be removed without notice after notice. The participant is thus excluded from the raffle.
7. Material profits are not paid in cash and are excluded from exchange. Profits can not be transferred to third parties.
8. The prize draw will be made after the end of the implementation period, to the exclusion of the public.
