As infections with the new coronavirus are being reported heavily, around Europe and the world, we understand this raises questions for you as a traveller. We are closely monitoring the development and we are in close contact with local contacts from the affected destinations. We also closely follow the travel and safety information provided by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the relevant public health agencies. As there are no current strict travel bans, announced by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, for any of the destinations and travel periods that we offer, we see the event taking place as planned. However, the situation changes quickly and we will send everyone a new update next week.
With this said, we know that many of you are concerned about traveling, and may want to avoid traveling, to Italy, Turkey or Sunsation Beach in Spain as a precaution. Naturally, we want to do all we can to help reduce the stress and risk around booking your vacation and therefore we have decided to offer all new bookings; a free rebooking and free cancelation policy. For the rebookings and cancelations to be free we need to receive notice from you, at least 15 days before your scheduled arrival.
